Overview
Slice is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and inspire their sales teams across the West Coast. You'll develop strategies, guide managers, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing teams and driving revenue growth. You understand the nuances of the sales process and have a knack for developing talent within your team. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. You are passionate about coaching leaders and building scalable structures that foster a high-performance culture. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Desirable
Experience in the technology or service industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by independent businesses. You have a strong understanding of sales forecasting and territory management, and you are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. A background in marketing or customer success can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
