Slice is hiring a Territory Manager to help independent pizzerias thrive by building strong relationships and driving profitability. You'll work closely with local shop owners to introduce them to Slice's technology and services. This role requires a passion for pizza and community engagement.
Job Description
Who you are
You are someone who loves pizza and technology, and you have a strong desire to help entrepreneurs in your local community. As a Territory Manager at Slice, you will be the face of the company in your area, responsible for acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are obsessed with helping shop owners maximize their profitability and growth. You have experience in sales and are comfortable with a full-cycle outside sales role, where you meet shop owners where they are and tailor your approach to their needs.
Desirable
Experience in the food service industry or a background in sales would be beneficial, as well as a strong understanding of technology solutions that can help businesses thrive. You are a proactive communicator and can effectively convey the value of Slice's Family Membership, which includes an all-in-one solution for pizzerias.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation among local pizzerias. You will work closely with shop owners to identify their most pressing needs and introduce them to the right solutions at the right time. Your ultimate goal is to help every shop maximize the benefits of Slice's offerings, including Slice Register, online ordering, and discounted pizza boxes. You will engage with shop owners regularly, providing them with the support they need to thrive in a competitive market.
You will also collaborate with the Slice sales team to share insights and strategies that can help improve overall performance. As you build relationships with shop owners, you will gather feedback and insights that can inform Slice's product offerings and marketing strategies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that Slice remains a trusted partner for independent pizzerias.
