Overview

Smartsheet is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the UK Public Sector. You'll be responsible for expanding customer adoption and acquiring new clients. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in the public sector.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for identifying customer needs and aligning them with solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You are results-driven and have a strong desire to exceed sales quotas while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas. You will lead primary and secondary account teams by partnering with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Customer Outcomes, Marketing, and Sales Development. You will contribute to the overall Public Sector go-to-market strategy and develop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across your customer base. Balancing tactical execution while targeting complex, high-value solution-based deals will be key to your success. You will proactively develop unsolicited proposals that align with customer initiatives and position Smartsheet as a leader in the public sector.
