Overview

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to optimize their partner ecosystem in Asia. You'll focus on recruiting and managing channel partners while working from the Singapore office on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner account management, ideally with experience in recruiting and onboarding channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and solution partners is key to your success. You understand the dynamics of the channel ecosystem and can effectively communicate the value of Smartsheet's offerings to potential partners. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to grow and optimize partnerships. Your experience in the Asia market will be a significant asset in this role.

Desirable

Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with partner programs and channel sales strategies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of your partners and the organization. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Partner Account Manager at Smartsheet, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new channel partners across Asia. This includes identifying potential resellers, distributors, and solution partners that align with Smartsheet's ideal partner profile. You will work closely with these partners to ensure they are effectively integrated into the Smartsheet Aligned Partner program, providing them with the necessary training and resources to launch successful practices. Your role will also involve managing existing partnerships, ensuring they are nurtured and developed to maximize their potential. You will collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with Smartsheet's overall business goals, driving growth and success for both the partners and the company.
