What you'll do
As a Talent Development Partner at Smartsheet, you will facilitate both live and virtual instructor-led training sessions in partnership with HR and the business. You will serve as the on-site point of contact, collaborating with local and global teams to adapt and localize talent program materials, communications, and processes. Your role will involve gathering feedback from participants, measuring the outcomes of learning initiatives, and proposing improvements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the programs.
