What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end architecture for talent assessment and strategic workforce planning. You will lead efforts to build a strong leadership bench and enhance the overall performance of the workforce. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing talent performance strategies, collaborating with various departments to assess talent needs, and providing insights to drive organizational effectiveness.
