You'll leverage your expertise in enterprise software sales and build relationships with key decision-makers. This role is remote and covers the Central Region.

Who you are
You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in quota attainment and developing customer accounts, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. You possess a strategic approach to sales and a consultative selling style that allows you to navigate complex procurement processes effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and other senior administrators, sets you apart in the field.
You have a deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape and are adept at identifying and engaging key stakeholders at colleges and universities. Your experience in enterprise software sales equips you with the skills necessary to drive user adoption and satisfaction. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to create impactful solutions for clients.
Desirable
Experience in navigating complex HLS procurement processes and cycles is a plus. Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges faced by educational institutions in the healthcare sector will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Healthcare team at Smartsheet. You will engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with their needs. Your responsibilities will include navigating complex procurement processes, building relationships with executive leadership, and collaborating with IT and administrative teams to ensure successful implementation of Smartsheet solutions.
You will also be expected to travel to key customer locations at least once per quarter to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs. Your strategic approach will help you uncover insights that lead to smarter solutions and drive growth for both Smartsheet and its clients.
