Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management, particularly within professional services, and possess the ability to drive complex initiatives across various teams. Your expertise in Statement of Work (SOW) processes makes you a subject matter expert, ensuring that all operational aspects are sound and aligned with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to mitigate risks and enhance service delivery.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify operational, financial, and delivery risks effectively. Your experience in governance and compliance ensures that all SOWs meet the necessary standards for operational approval. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and can navigate complex organizational structures to achieve results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the SOW process, from creation to operational approval, ensuring that all documents are aligned with revenue recognition and delivery standards. You will partner with various departments, including Sales and Legal, to ensure that SOWs are operationally sound and deliverable. Your leadership will be critical in identifying and mitigating risks during the SOW review process, ensuring clarity in scope and deliverables.
You will drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance the operational health of the Professional Services business, acting as a primary expert in SOW governance. Your role will involve collaborating with leadership to align operational practices with strategic goals, ultimately contributing to the scalability and effectiveness of the services offered.
