You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the travel or hospitality industry. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping partners excel on Agoda's platform.
Desirable
Experience in a leadership role within account management is a plus, as is familiarity with the Agoda platform or similar travel booking systems. A background in data analysis or technology-driven environments will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
As the Lead Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to managing key accommodation partners.
