You have experience designing and managing data strategies that unify performance metrics with training completion and content consumption data. Your analytical mindset helps you measure enablement impact effectively, from new hire ramp time to program ROI. What you'll do

As the Enablement Data & Insights Senior Manager, you will own the Enablement Data Strategy, designing and managing the roadmap for all data required to measure learning and performance impact. You will lead the 'Learner 360' initiative, which integrates GTM performance with training and content data, allowing for personalized learning experiences. Your role will involve applying your expert-level SQL and Python skills to conduct targeted analyses that inform decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with the Global Enablement organization to transform raw data into insights that measure and predict the effectiveness of sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams. Your responsibilities will include defining key performance indicators, analyzing trends, and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the data strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and supports the growth of the organization.
