Snowflake is hiring a Senior Manager for Sales Enablement to drive key enablement programming for Account Executives. You'll focus on content creation, delivery, and collaboration with various stakeholders. This role requires expertise in program management and learning design.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement and program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of delivering effective training and enablement programs tailored to the needs of sales teams. Your ability to translate technical product releases into consumable materials is a key strength, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

You are a collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments. You have experience working closely with product, marketing, and sales engineering teams to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions. Your expertise in measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs ensures that you can drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a mini-CLO (Chief Learning Officer) for your respective programs, taking end-to-end ownership of key enablement initiatives. This includes ideation, content creation, delivery, and metrics measurement. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations, to ensure that Account Executives are equipped with the latest product innovations and best-selling skills.

You will be responsible for delivering localized programming that resonates with the Account Executive audience, ensuring that their unique needs are met. Your role will involve consulting with local leaders to identify and close learning gaps in the field, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
