Who you are
You are a Commercial Solution Engineer with a passion for solving complex data challenges. You have experience working directly with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and strategize on how to best support them. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams allows you to translate features and functions into solutions that address real business problems.
Fluency in French is essential for this role, as you will be engaging with customers in the French market. You are eager to learn new skills and apply them to real-world challenges, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the impact you can make on your customers' success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers. You will work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation. Your goal is to create and develop technical champions within your accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical win.
You will collaborate closely with the account sales team to ensure that customer evaluations are successful and that Snowflake is positioned as the preferred solution. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical presentations, leading discussions on data solutions, and providing insights that help customers maximize their data assets. You will also be involved in ongoing customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and success with Snowflake’s offerings.
