You possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to interpret complex challenges and create simple, effective solutions. Your ability to build relationships with sales teams and channel partners is key to understanding customer needs and navigating sales cycles. You are also experienced in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring your team is equipped with top talent.

Desirable

Experience in the cloud computing or data warehousing sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Snowflake's products and services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on team goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and lead a team of solution engineers who serve as experts in product introduction, evaluation, and education. You will partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and ensure strong relationships are built with enterprise customers. Your strategic input will help shape the go-to-market strategy for your territory, and you will play a crucial role in escalating customer feedback to executive staff.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services teams to deliver winning solutions that meet customer needs. As a player/coach, you will work alongside your team to enable and accelerate growth, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the Majors Solution Engineering organization at Snowflake.
