Your understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate technical challenges is second to none, allowing you to effectively guide your team in addressing architecture gaps and ensuring solutions meet critical requirements.

You possess a strong technical background, particularly with data cloud products, and are familiar with the business goals of ISV partners — your expertise enables you to validate technical implementations and ensure they align with customer needs. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Partner Solution Engineers who work directly with strategic ISV partners — your primary focus will be on driving technical wins and ensuring successful solution implementations. You will guide your team in addressing complex use cases and validating technical solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our mutual customers.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive Snowflake adoption — your insights will help shape the direction of our partner solutions and ensure they align with industry standards and best practices. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you work to align partner solutions with Snowflake's broader business objectives — you will engage with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that partner-led solutions are effectively integrated into our offerings. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this role.
