What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering technical solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will partner closely with Customer Success and Commercial teams to unblock implementations and accelerate customer outcomes, ensuring that the DocV features are rolled out efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve overseeing short-term technical initiatives that support active customer engagements while maintaining a focus on improving platform stability.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the product development process, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of identity verification and fraud prevention at Socure.
