What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end pricing strategy for SoFi's Personal Loan portfolio, which is one of the fastest-growing segments in the fintech industry. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Pricing & Profitability to define how pricing impacts revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and long-term portfolio performance. You will lead a team of data scientists, guiding them in developing pricing models that align with business objectives and market conditions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategic pricing decisions.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that pricing strategies comply with regulatory requirements and capital constraints. This high-visibility role will require you to work cross-functionally with teams in growth, risk, and capital strategy to ensure alignment and drive results. You will regularly report on pricing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes. Your influence will be critical in shaping SoFi's competitive positioning in the market.
