SolarWinds is hiring a Federal Government Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth within the Australian Federal Government sector. You'll focus on strategic account management and navigating government procurement processes. This role requires experience in sales and account management.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in federal government sales. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to take on the challenge of accelerating revenue growth within the Australian Federal Government sector. Your ability to navigate complex procurement processes and understand government client needs sets you apart. You are accountable and empathetic, believing in the power of teamwork to create lasting growth for yourself and others.

You have a proven track record in strategic account management, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and conducting technical workshops to engage clients. Your experience allows you to accurately forecast deals and consistently meet or exceed quotas. You are ready to champion SolarWinds' mission to help customers accelerate business transformation with simple, powerful, and secure solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth within the Australian Federal Government sector. You will manage strategic accounts, leveraging your understanding of government procurement processes to navigate complex sales cycles. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, conducting technical workshops to spark new engagements, and accurately forecasting deals. You will work closely with channel partners to enhance our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas while championing the values of SolarWinds. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of government clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the government sector, ensuring that SolarWinds remains a trusted partner in their business transformation efforts.
