SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription conversions and customer expansion. You'll excel at building relationships and guiding customers through their journey to modern On-Prem/SaaS solutions. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused mindset.

What you'll do

As a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist, you will own and manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely and successful contract extensions. You will identify and drive subscription conversion opportunities, particularly around modern On-Prem/SaaS solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their journey, and guiding them through the renewal process.
