You have a knack for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they feel valued throughout the renewal process. You are skilled at presenting and explaining renewal quotes, and you can create customized pricing proposals when necessary. Your ability to communicate the value of products effectively helps customers see the benefits of renewing their contracts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You will track and manage your renewal pipeline diligently, maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in our CRM system. By sharing insights and feedback from customers with internal teams, you will contribute to improving products and services.
You will drive the default contract length to be 3-year paid annual contracts, helping to secure long-term commitments from customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs deeply and suggesting appropriate growth solutions that align with their business transformation goals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately contributing to the success of SolarWinds.
