SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription renewals and build strong customer relationships. You'll communicate product value and track renewal pipelines in Manila.

Who you are
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take on the challenge of managing a high volume of subscription renewals. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their concerns are met to facilitate renewal decisions. Your empathetic approach allows you to communicate effectively with clients, presenting renewal quotes and customized pricing proposals when necessary. You are detail-oriented and capable of tracking and managing your renewal pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration.
You are comfortable using CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and track your progress. You believe in the value of sharing insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services. Your commitment to accountability and collaboration makes you a valuable team member, ready to contribute to the growth of SolarWinds.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood. You will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. Presenting and explaining renewal quotes will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will create customized pricing proposals when needed. You will drive the default contract length to be 3-year paid annual contracts, effectively communicating the value of our products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions.
Tracking and managing your renewal pipeline will be essential, as you will ensure that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You will maintain accurate customer records and track your progress in our CRM system, sharing insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers accelerate their business transformation with SolarWinds' solutions.
