SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription renewals and build strong customer relationships. You'll communicate product value and track renewal pipelines. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

You have experience managing customer accounts and understand the nuances of subscription renewals. You are adept at communicating effectively, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood. Your ability to present and explain renewal quotes, along with creating customized pricing proposals, sets you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that each customer feels supported throughout the process. You will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. Your goal will be to drive 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length, effectively communicating the value of our products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions.
You will track and manage your renewal pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in our CRM system will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will share insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve our products and services.
