Overview

SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription conversions and customer expansion. You'll excel at building relationships and guiding customers through their journey to modern On-Prem/SaaS solutions. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused mindset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely and successful contract extensions for your assigned accounts. You will identify and drive subscription conversion opportunities, particularly around our On-Prem/SaaS solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will be instrumental in guiding customers through their journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
