Overview

SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription renewals and build strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with their renewal options. You will present and explain renewal quotes, creating customized pricing proposals when necessary. Your goal will be to drive 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length, effectively communicating the value of our products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions. You will track and manage your renewal pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in our CRM system will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will share insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services.
