Overview

SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription renewals and build strong customer relationships. You'll communicate product value and track renewal pipelines. This role requires a collaborative mindset and a focus on customer needs.

You have experience managing high volumes of subscription renewals and are comfortable communicating with customers through calls and emails. You are skilled at presenting and explaining renewal quotes, including creating customized pricing proposals when necessary. You understand the value of the products you represent and can suggest appropriate growth solutions to customers based on their needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. You will present and explain renewal quotes, driving 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length. You will track and manage your renewal pipeline, maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in our CRM system. Additionally, you will share insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services.
