Overview

SolarWinds is hiring an Associate Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to drive renewal rates and maintain customer relationships. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders and manage a high volume of renewals. This role is based in Manila, Philippines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high volume of customer renewals, making at least 50 calls and emails daily to ensure timely closures. You will collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to address customer needs and roadblocks. Building strong relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders will be essential to driving high ROI on SolarWinds solutions. You will also identify customer requirements and work to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
