You understand the importance of empathy and accountability in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You are ready to take on the challenge of managing a high volume of subscription renewals, ensuring that customer needs are met and concerns are addressed effectively. Your proactive approach to communication helps you present renewal quotes and customized pricing proposals that resonate with clients. You are detail-oriented, maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in a CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood. You will build strong relationships by actively listening to customer needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. Presenting and explaining renewal quotes will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will create customized pricing proposals when necessary. You will drive the default contract length to be 3-year paid annual contracts, communicating the value of our products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions. Tracking and managing your renewal pipeline will be essential, as you ensure opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. Additionally, you will share insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services.
