SolarWinds is seeking an Associate Renewal Sales Specialist to drive renewal rates and maintain customer relationships. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and a focus on customer success.

You are ready to partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to maximize the potential of existing accounts, demonstrating your commitment to customer retention and satisfaction.

Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of the technology industry can enhance your ability to succeed in this position. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates by maintaining a large volume of renewals through daily interactions with customers. You will engage in a minimum of 50 calls and emails per day, focusing on the North American region. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless renewal process. You will develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders, working diligently to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive high ROI.
You will identify customer requirements and uncover any roadblocks that may impede the renewal process. By demonstrating strong account management skills, you will guide renewals to on-time closure, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued. Partnering with Customer Success and Account Executives, you will maximize the potential of existing accounts, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
