Overview
SolarWinds is seeking an Associate Renewal Sales Specialist to drive renewal rates and maintain customer relationships. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and a focus on customer success.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of renewals, making at least 50 calls and emails daily to customers in the North America region. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including legal, finance, and engineering, to ensure a seamless renewal process. Your focus will be on understanding customer requirements and identifying any roadblocks that may hinder the renewal process. You will work closely with Customer Success and Account Executives to maximize the value delivered to customers, ensuring that they receive a high return on investment from SolarWinds solutions.
