Solidcore is hiring a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead fitness classes and develop coaching staff. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional workout experience and supporting the studio's growth. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.

You understand the importance of setting standards and role modeling best practices for your team. With your extensive experience in the fitness industry, you are adept at creating engaging and effective workout classes that resonate with clients. You are not only a coach but also a mentor, guiding your team to achieve their personal and professional goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with clients and staff alike, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

What you'll do

As the Head Coach & Community Manager at Solidcore, you will lead an average of ten classes per week, delivering a best-in-class fitness experience. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, providing them with the tools and feedback they need to excel. Your role will involve setting the standards for coaching excellence, ensuring that all classes meet the high expectations of the Solidcore brand. You will work closely with the Area Manager to support the studio's growth and success, implementing strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.

In addition to coaching, you will play a key role in community building within the studio. You will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, encouraging clients to connect with one another and with the coaching staff. Your leadership will help create a culture of support and motivation, where clients feel empowered to achieve their fitness goals. You will also be involved in training new coaches, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them develop their skills and confidence.
