What you'll do

As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for coaching an average of ten classes per week, ensuring that each session is engaging and impactful for participants. You will set the standard for coaching excellence, providing a best-in-class experience that aligns with the [solidcore] brand. Your role will involve mentoring and developing other coaches, offering consistent feedback and support during their training and ongoing development.

You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that enhance studio performance and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include organizing community events, promoting the studio's offerings, and ensuring that all coaches are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will play a key role in building a strong community around the [solidcore] brand, fostering relationships with members and encouraging a culture of inclusivity and support.
