Your experience in coaching and community management allows you to effectively engage with clients and inspire your team. What you'll do

As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for coaching an average of eleven classes per week, ensuring that each session delivers a best-in-class experience for participants. You will set the standards for other coaches to aspire to, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills. Your role will involve not only leading classes but also actively participating in the training and development of new coaches, offering consistent feedback and support throughout their onboarding process.

You will collaborate closely with the Area Manager and other team members to support the studio's success and contribute to the overall growth of [solidcore]. Your leadership will help create a motivating environment where both clients and coaches feel valued and empowered. You will also play a key role in promoting the [solidcore] brand, engaging with the community, and driving client retention through exceptional service and coaching.
