What you'll do
As a People Relations Specialist at Solidcore, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team. You will be responsible for managing employee relations intake and providing guidance on HR processes. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate documentation and systems that support the employee lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior People Business Partner and the People Business Partner team to ensure consistency in performance management and core HR processes. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for field leaders and employees regarding HR inquiries, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
You will also support various People Team initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience. This may include participating in projects that focus on compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. Your contributions will help strengthen the relationship between employees and management, ensuring that Solidcore remains a great place to work.
