Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management or a similar role, where you've successfully supported clients in understanding and utilizing technical products. Your experience includes working with software development teams, and you have a solid understanding of code quality and security practices. You are adept at building relationships and communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping teams improve their workflows and productivity.

Desirable

Experience with open source technologies and familiarity with multiple programming languages is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at SonarSource, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of our solutions.
