You have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors — you've successfully planned and executed marketing programs that drive lead generation and partner engagement. Your strong analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills — you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Your ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders is a key strength that helps you drive successful marketing campaigns.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in evaluating marketing performance — you are comfortable using analytics tools to track campaign success and make informed decisions. Your creativity and strategic thinking enable you to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will enhance your ability to execute effective campaigns.

What you'll do

As the Field Marketing Manager for SonicWall, you will own the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs tailored for the India and SAARC markets. Your primary focus will be on driving lead generation and partner recruitment through both direct and indirect marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the APJ and India sales leadership to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives.

You will develop and implement marketing plans that support SonicWall's growth in the region, leveraging your understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs. Your role will involve creating compelling marketing content, managing events, and executing campaigns that engage partners and customers alike.

You will analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing initiatives — your ability to interpret data will be crucial in refining strategies and demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on sales outcomes.
