Who you are
You have a strong background in network operations and incident response, with experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise infrastructure. Your technical troubleshooting skills are top-notch, allowing you to quickly identify and resolve issues in real-time. You thrive in a 24/7 operational environment and are comfortable executing defined runbooks to ensure system stability.
You are familiar with various monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana, which you use to keep a close eye on network performance and security alerts. Your proactive approach to incident management ensures that you can act swiftly to mitigate any outages or degradations in service.
You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a team setting, working closely with other technical teams to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to document incidents and resolutions helps improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the NOC team.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms and security solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with cybersecurity principles. You may also have certifications related to network operations or incident management, which further bolster your qualifications for this role.
What you'll do
As a Staff NOC Analyst at SonicWall, you will serve as the first line of defense for our enterprise infrastructure.
