Job Description
Who you are
You are an entry-level Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst with a strong understanding of network incident management. You have experience working with managed WAN and LAN interfaces and are familiar with various technologies such as AVPN, MPLS, and Ethernet. Your customer focus is paramount, and you excel in troubleshooting and resolving network issues effectively. You are comfortable using monitoring and ticketing platforms to manage incidents and prioritize customer needs. You thrive in a 24x7 operational environment and are willing to adapt to shift rotations as required. You understand the importance of being an advocate for customers and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will actively participate in network incident management, ensuring that all incidents are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to WAN and LAN interfaces, utilizing your knowledge of various technologies. You will interact regularly with customers, providing updates and advocating for their needs. Your responsibilities will include documenting incidents, managing tickets, and collaborating with other team members to resolve complex issues.
