You possess exceptional mechanical engineering skills and have experience in integrating software with hardware, particularly in embedded systems and electronics. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and creativity, enabling your team to excel in developing complex products that push the boundaries of design and technology.

Experience in the luxury home and lifestyle sector is a plus, as is familiarity with robotics and advanced manufacturing techniques. What you'll do

As the Head of Hardware Engineering at Spacecurve, you will lead a talented team based in Tokyo, guiding them from the initial proof of concept through to mass production. You will integrate both traditional and advanced manufacturing methods into consumer product designs, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your hands-on mechanical engineering skills will be crucial as you contribute to the development of unique products like flying lamps and AI-driven designs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products are stable, bug-free, and easy to maintain, preparing them for a successful market rollout.

In addition to overseeing product development, you will work closely with talent scouts to create effective hiring strategies that attract top engineering talent.
