Job Description
Who you are
You have experience operating and programming die bonding equipment, including automated pick-and-place systems and epoxy dispensers. Your attention to detail ensures accurate die placement with micron-level precision, and you thrive in environments where quality and reliability are paramount. You enjoy collaborating with IC packaging engineers and test engineers to develop and optimize bonding recipes, adjusting parameters to achieve void-free bonds. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle challenges in a fast-paced setting, and you are motivated by the impact of your work on the Starlink mission.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming die bonding equipment to achieve precise die placement. You will develop and optimize bonding recipes by adjusting parameters such as dispense volume, cure temperature, pressure, and reflow profiles. Collaborating closely with engineers and leadership, you will ensure that the products you deliver meet the high standards required for the Starlink satellite constellation.
