Who you are

You have a strong background in thin film deposition processes, particularly physical vapor deposition (PVD), and are skilled in operating and maintaining deposition systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with IC packaging engineers and test engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of products. Your problem-solving skills enable you to develop and optimize deposition recipes by tuning parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas flow rates to achieve target film thickness and composition levels.

You are detail-oriented and capable of monitoring process performance using in-situ sensors, ensuring that the products meet the high standards required for the Starlink project. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tackle complex challenges makes you an ideal candidate for this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will operate and maintain deposition systems, focusing on the deposition of precise thin films of metals, dielectrics, and semiconductors.
