You have experience in leading the administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability insurance, and retirement plans. Your ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in program administration ensures that employees receive an outstanding experience. You are adept at using a data-driven approach to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of current programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce.

What you'll do
