Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources management, particularly in payroll and benefits administration. With hands-on experience, you understand the intricacies of payroll processing and the importance of compliance in benefits administration. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for ensuring smooth people operations, making you a reliable partner in the HR function. Your experience includes managing leave of absence (LOA) processes and coordinating with external vendors to streamline HR operations. You are comfortable collaborating with HRIS systems and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Desirable

Experience with annual Open Enrollment management and 401(k) audit support (Form 5500) would be a plus. Familiarity with crypto or financial services is advantageous, as it aligns with OKX's mission and values. You are eager to grow your expertise in benefits and leave program administration, contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner on benefits administration, ensuring eligibility, deductions, enrollments, and effective employee communications. You will play a crucial role in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Collaborating closely with HRIS and external vendors, you will streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. You will also manage leave of absence requests, ensuring that employees receive the support they need during their time away from work. Your contributions will help maintain a positive workplace culture, aligning with OKX's core principles of putting people first and getting things done. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement HR initiatives that support employee engagement and retention, making a meaningful impact on the organization.
