What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the operational lifecycle of Xometry's benefits ecosystem. You will lead the end-to-end open enrollment communication strategy, ensuring that all employees are informed about plan changes, deadlines, and enrollment procedures. Your responsibilities will include configuring the Open Enrollment system and managing compliance testing for 401(k) plans. You will act as the primary lead for vendor integrations, ensuring that all systems work seamlessly together to provide the best experience for employees. Additionally, you will oversee the immigration process for foreign national employees, providing high-touch case management and collaborating with external counsel to ensure compliance and support.

You will analyze data related to benefits administration, using your skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
