SpaceX is hiring a Customer Success Account Manager for their Starlink team to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure successful activation and ongoing support. This role requires strong customer service skills and a passion for connecting enterprises with innovative solutions.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or telecommunications environment. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for building lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions is key to your success in this role.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate customer needs and address potential issues before they arise. You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex technical information in a way that is easily understood by clients.
Desirable
Experience in the satellite or broadband industry is a plus, as is familiarity with unique connectivity solutions tailored to specific industries such as trucking or oil and gas. You are adaptable and willing to learn about new technologies and products to better serve your customers.
What you'll do
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, you will own the relationship from contract signature through successful activation. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize Starlink's services effectively. Your role will involve ongoing account management, focusing on long-term retention and growth of customer relationships.
You will work closely with customers to identify their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Starlink's innovative products. This includes defining and streamlining processes to enable these custom solutions to scale across the business. You will deliver impeccable customer service, ensuring efficient acknowledgment and resolution of any issues that arise.
Building strong relationships with your clients will be essential, as you will need to understand their requirements and manage expectations effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all contract terms are fulfilled and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
