SpaceX is hiring a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure successful activation of Starlink services. This role requires strong customer service skills and experience in account management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise customers. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the onboarding and activation process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively manage expectations and provide timely resolutions to any issues that arise. Your ability to define, standardize, and streamline processes will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that scale across the business. You are a proactive problem solver who is committed to making customers happy and fostering long-term relationships.
What you'll do
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, you will oversee the entire customer journey from contract signature to successful activation. You will closely manage customer relationships, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled and that clients receive the support they need to leverage Starlink's unique products effectively. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing ongoing account management, and focusing on long-term retention and growth of customer relationships.
You will work closely with customers in various industries, such as trucking and oil and gas, to understand their specific connectivity needs and deliver customized solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and streamlining processes to enhance the customer experience and ensure efficient service delivery. You will also be responsible for acknowledging and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued throughout their engagement with Starlink.
