You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to gather and champion customer feedback, influencing internal teams to enhance service offerings.

You understand the importance of onboarding and ongoing account management, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the company.
What you'll do
As the Starlink Enterprise Account Lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB customers and resellers — your role will involve managing the interface from contract signature through to successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled. You will develop and implement a one-to-many strategy that allows you to efficiently manage multiple accounts while providing personalized service. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, maintaining ongoing account management, and driving long-term retention and growth of relationships and revenue.
You will build strong relationships with clients to identify their requirements and manage their expectations effectively — your role will require you to collect and communicate customer feedback internally, championing their needs to influence programmatic and technical developments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the services provided meet the evolving needs of your clients, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction with Starlink.
