SpaceX is hiring a Customer Success Account Lead for their Starlink team to manage SMB customer relationships and ensure successful activation. Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is complemented by your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey customer feedback to internal teams and advocate for their needs. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships and drive customer growth. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated by the success of your customers.
What you'll do
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB customers and resellers, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle from contract signature through successful activation. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing ongoing account management, and ensuring long-term retention and growth of the relationship. You will develop engagement strategies tailored to SMB organizations, enabling them to maximize their use of Starlink services.
You will actively collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and improve service offerings. Building strong relationships with your customers will be key to identifying their requirements and managing their expectations effectively. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all contract terms are fulfilled and that customers receive the highest level of service.
