Overview

SpaceX is seeking an Electromechanical Engineer for Launch Pad Mechanisms to design and integrate control systems for the Starship launch pads. You'll work with technologies such as AutoCAD and Embedded Linux. This position requires experience in electrical control systems.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and integrating control systems for complex systems. Your expertise includes creating industrial electrical control panels that comply with NFPA79/NEC/UL508A standards. You are proficient in designing control and data acquisition systems, and you have a solid understanding of electrical conveyance and distribution systems, including raceways and wiring methods. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

You possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance in all engineering practices. Your experience with embedded systems and familiarity with industry standards make you a valuable asset to any engineering team. You are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology and exploration.

Desirable

Experience with automated solutions and a track record of successful project execution in high-stakes environments is a plus. Familiarity with aerospace applications or similar industries will enhance your candidacy.
