What you'll do

As a Launch Pad Engineer at SpaceX, you will serve as the responsible engineer for multiple mechanical systems and structures on the launch pad. You will utilize FEM software to facilitate design and issue disposition, ensuring that all ground support equipment is properly inspected, configured, and tested. You will work with a skilled technician workforce to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and upgrades, contributing to the overall improvement of launch pad operations. Your role will involve addressing complex mechanical challenges and providing engineering disposition for a path forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy interface requirements, playing a crucial role in the success of SpaceX's launch operations.
