What you'll do

As a Spaceport Operations Technician, you will take ownership of the social-facing spaces at Starbase, ensuring they are clean, organized, and optimized for the best guest experience. You will perform routine inspections and submit maintenance work requests to keep all areas guest-ready. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement by implementing at least one major enhancement per quarter, whether aesthetic, functional, or operational.

You will support events by coordinating the readiness of social spaces, setting up and breaking down equipment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the events. Additionally, you will manage inventory and ordering in collaboration with the Experience team, ensuring that all storage and supply areas are organized and well-stocked. Your daily communication through reporting tools and shift pass-downs will be crucial in documenting tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
