What you'll do

As the Spaceport Transportation Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of transportation programs, including employee commute shuttles and on-site shuttle services. You will be responsible for developing and marketing these programs to ensure they meet the needs of SpaceX employees. Your role will involve optimizing transportation routes and operational practices to enhance efficiency and safety. You will coordinate operations, monitor performance metrics, and engage with customers to gather feedback and improve services. Training and developing your team will be a key focus, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service. You will also handle scheduling and payroll, ensuring that all operational aspects are managed effectively.
